Donald Trump has said his statement on Saturday that his support in the polls will hold up even if he shot someone is just a mere joke.
Trump said his comment, made at a campaign rally in Iowa, was meant as a joke and that he sees 'nothing wrong' with being 'a little bit politically incorrect.'
The billionaire defended the comments to Fox Business News host Maria Bartiromo, who questioned the wisdom and sensitivity of the remarks in the aftermath of mass shootings in recent months in Paris and San Bernardino, Calif.
