Breaking News: Federal Government Reduces Pump Price Of Petrol

The Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) has announced a 50k reduction in the pump price of petrol.

According to a statement released by Farouk Ahmed, executive secretary of the agency, the commodity, which officially sold for N87/litre, will now sell for N86.50k/litre.

The Ekiti chapter of the APC party has queried the frequent trips of Governor Fayose to Dubai, UAE.

In a statement signed by the party’s spokesperson, Taiwo Olatunbosun, Fayose’s incessant trips to Dubai shows crass insensitivity to the plight of Ekiti state workers.

The statement read;
