Justin Bieber has disclosed that he is having neck problem. He said this on his instagram page while explaining the reason behind the red patches sticking on his neck for a while now. According to him, the marks are not hickeys, but the result of his neck problem.
"In case people think these were hickeys I've been having neck problems and its from this tool called graston to scrape the stagnant blood and scar tissue lol," Bieber, 21, captioned the photo of the side of his neck covered in those red marks.
Recall that he recently got a new tattoo inscription of wings on his back neck.
